Poor service

I am so disappointed at their service. Their banking cards system is a complete failure. They don't consider people's needs, People got paid long time, but even now struggle to get their monies, what is this organisation saying about people's commitments. And how can you provide a service without anticipating the impact to their workers should their cards gives them a problem. A smile thing PIN reset it takes days to resolve. Poor service is easy to provide in SA indeed than good service if not excellent one.
