Pathetic service

I had a very bad experience with ackermans mall of africa my mum wasnt well and sent me to the store to purchuse for her i had her id book and i even offered to call her to confirm the purchuse the manager was disrespectfull and un profressional including the staff memebera they refuse to allow me to make the purchuse even after i had just called my mum to confirm the purchuse.. this is the most usless shop in mall of africa and they should not even tradi g there if they cant treat custormers fairly..
