No Response When Calling

I am giving services seta a compliment on there automated calling system. It works beautifully. So can someone please answer the darn telephone after a half an hour of waiting and being told that that the waiting time is one minute. And as i get to be the next in line for my call to be answered the line dies and i have to try again. Can whoever is in charge at service seta just phone the head office number and see if he can get through to his office. Maybe after the frustration he would do something about it.
