No getting hold of Service Seta...

I app**** for the Service Seta Bursary for 2018 and then my application first viewed under review and then it changed to not all mandatory info was provided. I added all docs because otherwise they application wouldn't have been accepted so where is the problem?? I tried all numbers I could find of them and they simply just don't answer just like their reviews says of other people complaining about the same bad service. I emailed them and they apparently only reply to successful applicant. So basically I am going to lose this bursary not because of the fact that I worked 3 years to get 25 distinctions but because of the fact they Service Seta aren't providing the services they claim to offer...like a call center that never answers. : (
