No feedback

<p>I qualified the 24th of February 2016 for my hairdressing and have had no feedback. First they lost my stuff then after 8 weeks I phone and ask samantha what is happening with my stuff she tells me she was sick for two weeks.....so what did she do for the previous 6 weeks then she tells me that she is sending my stuff and will send me an email in the week she also told me that the stuff would take an additional 30 todays which is today I try phone her shr doesnt answer and sends ne a message to say she is in a meeting and will phone me when she is done..... I still have not heard back from her. This is unacceptable do not tell me something is going to take a certain time and not keep me informed! </p>
