Neglected

I visited hometown a week ago at uLun****ZN) I'm still shocked what I saw on a busy roads(Princess Magogo ) street /R66 robots are not working I stayed there 7days even this morning I phoned my sister she told me is still not working I feel like something must be done before unnecessary accident occurred.
