Good service

I would like to express my appreciation of very good service from Natalie Ford of the Service Seta. From February I have been struggling to get assistance or even feedback regarding stipends from two of my interns. Even though the query is not yet resolved but I appreciate the fact that she took time to reply to respond to my email and assured me she will get back to me soon as she gets feedback from the relevant department.
