Unprofessional Service

Over a 2 months ago I contacted Sergio Appliance Repairs for the repair of my TV. Before proceeding I wanted to know, quote and how long. Got the quote and was told next day ill have it back.

Till today the feedback has been little to non existent. A professional company would provide feedback regardless of whether it's good or bad but atleast as the customer you know where you stand.

All I've been asking is, if you cannot do the job, return the TV and ill find someone else that can but just return the TV back. I am flat out being ignored on this request and I'm at a loss where I am just cutting my losses.

The positive I hope to get out of this is that people proceed with caution and not trust this company. Communication and professionalism is non existent.
