Unprofessional and ***********

Do not use this company under any circumstances.

I had a bar fridge repaired by them, and within a week it failed again. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed “high voltage” without proper justification. I then engaged two independent electricians, both of whom confirmed that the testing conducted by Sergio’s technicians was incorrect.

When I raised this with Shaun, his response was unacceptable—arrogant, dismissive, and coupled with a clear lack of basic communication skills. He was unwilling to listen, unwilling to engage constructively, and completely refused to acknowledge even the possibility that his team could be wrong. There was no professionalism, no accountability, and no interest in resolving the issue.

This is not an isolated incident. From prior work I’ve given them, it has always been a struggle to get tasks completed properly and on time. There is a consistent pattern of poor workmanship and weak follow-through.

Despite paying exactly what was quoted, the quality of service was substandard. Implying that the level of workmanship is tied to how much is paid—after agreeing on a quote—is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

This company demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism, competence, and accountability. I strongly caution anyone considering their services—save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go elsewhere.
