Unprofessional, no communication, and failure to refund school fee credit

Seren House Senior Campus has been extremely unprofessional in handling my refund request for a school fee credit. Despite months of emails and messages, the school has not responded, and I have now been blocked on WhatsApp.

I am especially disappointed by the conduct of Eirwen Oswald, whose lack of communication and disregard for parents is completely unacceptable. Her behaviour is dismissive, disrespectful, and not what one expects from someone in her position.

Parents are pressured to pay fees on time, yet when the school owes a refund, they simply ignore you. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking, and I would caution other parents to be aware of these issues before engaging with the school.
