I will never forget how you treated us, Dr O
It goes without saying that it is no wonder why Google reviews have been switched off by this establishment. When getting students, staff and their spouses to write up positive reviews wasn't enough to filter out the truth the next best thing was to hide them as a whole. Coming from someone who experienced this first-hand, please think carefully before enrolling your children into this toxic environment. I could go on and on about the targeting that POC and oppressed groups faced, the mistreatment of staff, animal neglect, but I dont even think typing it here would be able to capture it all.

Unacceptable Behavior at Seren House Cottage School
As a past student, I'm appalled by the behavior of Eriwen Oswald and the school's apparent lack of action. The ****phobic, ***ist, and ****** conduct described is not only hurtful but also creates a toxic learning environment. I urge current students and parents to be aware of these issues and consider their options carefully. I'll be reporting this to the relevant authorities and advocating for change

Unprofessional, no communication, and failure to refund school fee credit
Seren House Senior Campus has been extremely unprofessional in handling my refund request for a school fee credit. Despite months of emails and messages, the school has not responded, and I have now been blocked on WhatsApp. I am especially disappointed by the conduct of Eirwen Oswald, whose lack of communication and disregard for parents is completely unacceptable. Her behaviour is dismissive, disrespectful, and not what one expects from someone in her position. Parents are pressured to pay fees on time, yet when the school owes a refund, they simply ignore you. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking, and I would caution other parents to be aware of these issues before engaging with the school.
