I've driven my 2005 Porsche Boxster for eight happy years. But about three years ago the second gear wouldn't engage so I changed from 1st to 3rd with no hassle. But then came the time to sell the car and, without a second gear, this would have proved expensive. So, being of a certain age, I approached Auction Nation and Joshua Murray handled my case. It was brilliant...he told me what docs to send by e.mail, sent a flat bed truck to collect her and made sure the payment was in my account within days.
