Unhappy non-service.
We have been seeing adverti*****ts on TV from your company about how you can sell your non-running/damaged vehicle. We engaged on Friday, receiving a message with the reference no.: 035178 at 13:29pm and we responded. We tried again yesterday at 10am, then again at 12pm and we have not received any further responses. We also tried calling on Friday and yesterday to no avail or response.

We would however like to just point out that our Qualifier (Maphefo) spoke to you on 29/5 @ 14:11 at which point you advised us of the situation with the vehicle. We advised on a second call that a change of ownership would be required to proceed with the purchase of the vehicle.

Please excuse the misunderstanding as we have sent our enquiries to multiple dealerships and because we had received responses via WhatsApp from the other groups, we were uncertain if we received a response from you because there was no immediate response on WhatsApp.
