Stay away from this company
To anyone thinking about selling their car to this company, DO NO DO IT!!!! This company is not anything like it is advertised. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was appointed to a person called Lee-Zhundre. This asshole was rude, *********** and completely unprofessional. Whenever I asked him very simple questions, he would not respond to me at all, just left me on read. The one time I asked him to please respond to me he was so disrespectful. Not only that, but he gave a completely ridiculous low-ball offer.
After putting up with this **** for 3 days and sending pictures of all the documents he demanded, he would not take the car because I was missing one document even though I had other documents with the exact same information he needed.
The only reason I came to this company in the first place is because it had such a high review rating. However, after reading some of these reviews it is blatantly obvious that these reviews are bot generated or people have been paid to write these reviews.
Unfortunately we are not permitted to purchase a vehicle without the original Natis document, however if you can request a duplicate from the Traffic department we can proceed.
