Lack of communication

The service levels are very poor and my account has changed hands 3 times since last week Friday. It is now a week later and I'm still waiting for an offer. The lady who said she's now responsible for my account told me yesterday that she will come back with an offer "shortly", but is now M.IA. i have sent multiple Whatsapp messages and there's no reply from anyone. I have called multiple times, but no answer. Communication via email is also met with silence. It's understandable that you may be busy, but the lack of response to communication and not being able to get a hold of anyone through to anyone on ALL channels is very disappointing.
