Great customer service

I had an old damaged car that I wanted to get rid of. I interacted with Abdala who was quite professional and extremely patient. The quote seemed pretty low but because I just wanted to get rid of the car, I didn't have the need nor the time to shop around. The licence disc had long expired and I couldn't find the registration documents. He kept checking up on me and even offered advice on how best and quickly I can get my documents sorted. He truly showed great patience in waiting for the whole process of getting my duplicate registration documents. He arranged for the quick collection and he also informed me when the vehicle was delivered. The payment didn't take long from the time he confirmed receipt of the vehicle to when it reflected in my bank account. I had doubts initially but everything worked out painlessly and I was quite impressed with Abdala's patience.
