worst service ever

the worst service I recieved ,still complaining about the same thing I bought a phone via contract at sell direct and I was given a dummy phone and and debted last month R1005 .00 and I wrote a review on hello peter and was told someone will be assigned to my case. Now I get an invoice of R18000.00 that I'm expected to pay for a phone I never recieved ,when I call I get the run around no one is willing to assist me. I send messages but nothing. Never thought buying a phone online would turn into such a nightmare
