Borderline harassment, continues to violate my instructions to not be contacted, aggressive agents
I have repeated requested to be placed on their DNC (Do not call list), I have repeatedly asked for my information to be removed from their data base and yet I continue to get several, aggressive agent calls a week, sometimes even 2 to 3 per day. The agents simply do not take no for an answer and quite frankly I feel harassed and bul**** by this company. Surely the way in which they are operating and violating my rights of privacy can not be legal. I am NOT interested in upgrading my Telkom contract through this agency and NO amount of harassment will change my mind on this. Please see this as a formal instruction in writing to remove me from your data base and to stop contacting me. Telkom if it is true that you've partnered with this company, well that's been a poor move. They are the worst.

UNSOLICITED SPAM CALLING
UNSOLICITED SPAM CALLING: Cell direct marketing constantly harrasing me, regardless of me pleading with not call on the same subject again. I am being harrassed to take up and upgrade and I have numerously told them I am not interested in upgrading.

BAD service and Lies about rules of termiantion
These people do not even deserve a 1 star. They lie and give *****ulent detail. i wanted my contract cancelled 10 mins after i received the phones. the 1 heated up in 10 minutes and the other, i have not even opened. Now i need to fight to get the contract closed but the sales consultant said 14 days to terminate. Now they are saying it takes 30 days and its been two days but no collection. Apparently, the open phone needs to go to OBF. So even though i said cancel, they still do not want.
