Sell Direct Marketing is a *******

Took up a contract for an A31 Samsung with Sell Direct Marketing in December sometime. Firstly the package was delayed due to deliveries not being make during the festive season which i understood. Almost mid Jan i call them for an update and they transfer me from pillar to post because i finally learn they didn't have stock.

Fast foward the package arrives it didn't have the watch that was said to be part of the contract. I query this and they tell me it wasn't part of the deal so i requested a recording of the conversation and what do know the watch was part of the package.

I have liaised with Randall Muller via cell and email, Alicia Kallend via email and Yasmin cc to an email she never responded too. till date they are still delivering the watch which they called me about two weeks ago to confirm the delivery address. Their excuse is they cannot get a hold of me, yet their activations departments seems not to have a problem contacting me to activate my simcard for the phone and my email seems to work quiet well when it suits them.

Their service is pathetic and i would never recommend anyone use them ever again. I will be taking this matter further as i cannot be paying for something that i am not happy with for 24months.
