Sell Direct is nothing but a Corporate ****

It's been close to a year now and I am yet to get my refund, you get on a mail trail that suddenly goes cold and there's no consequence for anyone. The major benefactor is Telkom, I roped them in as well and they choose to look the other way claiming Sell Direct is a third party. I guess Telkom merely benefits from ill gotten contracts and use the third party clause for anything negative. Corporate ****s I tell you
