Poor service

I had agents call my number when my number was on the DNC list, each time they called me the agents hung up after 2 minutes. the first agent incorrectly disposition my number so others can keep call me, Makayla was the last person that hung up on me. I am a manager in huge company dealing with customer daily. When I requested the agents full name and surname she said she could not give them and even her manager they not allow to speak to cutsomers ???
