Pathetic Service!!!

Highly disappointed! The consultant, Gershin, did not only lie to me when I was called by him to upgrade my Telkom contract, but he and his Team Leader and Manager has been failing to return my calls since last week! Everytime that I call I end up talking to a different person and the only thing they can do apparently is send an email! They can't connect you to the relevant party, to discuss the problem! They play a recording on the phone that all calls are recorded, but it is clear that this is another lie, because I want to cancel my contract now and the 2 data sim cards, but they have endless stories!!! Don't take out any contracts with this company as you are bound to be done in in some way or another!!!
