Cell Direct non-compliance with POPIA

the issue is ongoing and becoming annoying as this company fails to comply with POPIA, my wife and i have on numerous occasions requested that our details be removed from their database which they claim was supp**** by TELKOM. despite these requests they still continuously call. yesterday i received a call from a consultant named Kayden, whom i advised that i have previously requested the details be removed from their database as we are not interested in a new deal. the consultant kept muting his side and when i asked for a managers name, he advised me that the Team Leaders and managers are in a meeting, to which my response was that i did not request to speak to anyone but wanted the details of the departments manager as i am escalating this as non-compliance to the regulator for not removing our personal information from their database.

The consultant then dropped the call. I am taking this up further.
