Worst experience with Segen solar

I bought the inverter about a month ago and it had flicking issues. I took back the device to be fixed and it came back with more issues, the unit did not recognise the battery, the entire system was not working. I communicated that with them and I got no response; further to that, I asked the installer to come and disconnect the device and return it to Segen solar, there was no response however, the technician who installed it took it back to the company. I emailed them for a full refund and “again” still no response. I pity anyone who will purchase anything from this company. I have never experienced such incompetence in my life.
