After-sales Service
Took a little while to sort out, but excellent result and confidence boosted in the Segen team. Thanks to Ntokoso, Themba and Rivashen for making sure that my customers are taken care of! Much appreciated!

Happy!
We have always been extremely happy with the service we receive from Segen Solar. If a product is still under warranty, they are quick to assist with either a repair or replacement, with no unnecessary complications. Their service has consistently been efficient and reliable, which is why Segen Solar has always been our preferred supplier for solar equipment.

Excellent Service, Great People
The account managers are always eager to assist with any queries. The Technical team is on a whole different level, constantly assisting with any queries and offering their support on sites. Friendly, hard-working people that make sure you have the support and assistance you need when you need it.

Friendly and great service from your Boksburg service centre.
Just a quick shout out to Segen service centre in Boksburg.Thanks for sorting out my faulty pylontech battery under warranty. The service was great and I was kept in the loop wrt spares on order and expected delivery times.

Great After-sales Service
Now, if there's one person who has made me a Segen Solar fan, it's one of their technicians, Nqobile Mngoma. I ran into a problem with a new Lithium battery, and she helped me not only look for all possible faults but also supported with firmware with which I updated both the battery as well as the Inverter. All my questions during that time, including on a day off, were answered promptly without exception. The end of the story was that there was a factory defect on the battery and Segen Solar had no objection in replacing the battery with a new one. Thank you Segen Solar and Nqobile for your great after-sales service.
