Useless, useless, useless

Without a doubt one of the worst businesses I've EVER had to deal with ! Does nobody in this company talk to each other ? Rhetorical question, as they don't even communicate with their customers ! All I need is a date as to when I can expect my replacement inverter. Not a lot to ask ! R130 000 spent on a system which is currently useless - since February/March ! Avoid at all costs
