Top top customer service received at Segen-Solar

I have been using Segen-Solar as one of my main suppliers for the past 8 years and in that time I have had the pleasure of working with a number of the Segen Solar personal. Recently I was allocated a new person to manage my placed orders namely Klara Moshiga. Klara immediately become a person that contacted me on a regular bases and informed me every time there was a change in the delivery times of my current orders, making it a lot easier to manage my orders and my clients expectations. Today I decided that it was important to write a short review to highlight how good Klara's customer service is and how much I appreciated it. She always has a happy and friendly disposition making a pleasure to talking to her even when things don't work out as promised by Segen's suppliers putting Klara under a lot of pressure. Thank you Klara for being such a ray of sun shine at Segen-Solar.
