Terrible Service: Return HOPV07303

I have installed a solar system at my house and spent a considerable amount of money at Segen Solar. The battery pack started giving problems after less than a year and the company that installed it had to remove the batteries more than 2 weeks ago for testing by Segen-Solar. Since then my expensive solar system has been out of action. I am extremely disappointed in the poor and unprofessional service received by the service department. The standard answer is Sinetech has not provided feedback. Even after they've promised regular updates, that has not happened. I have to phone and then I hear the same old story. I'm going to phone Sinetech and phone back. And then nothing. It is also hilarious to hear how they keep on promising me good service when that ship has already sailed. Please note that I will try my utmost NOT to use this company again when I plan to double my solar system later this year. Your service is shocking.
