Segen solar worst solar supplier ever!!!!

Awful service. We have had endless issues with Segen. Some of the issues are: 1. Incorrectly wired combiner box( no ownership was taken on the matter when we reported it) 2.invoice discrepancies (they actually blamed me for their online system issues) 3. Failure to assist with urgent pickup for a battery cabinet 4. My account manager is NEVER available... Needless to say that these issues were all dealt with in a way that suggests our business doesn’t matter. This is exactly why we will support other suppliers. You should be ashamed of how you conduct business. In this day and age, customer service is key. Segen solar is quick to contact you when you need to pay, but thereafter you are at their mercy for after sales service and delivery.
