Segen-Solar Pathetic Service

There are so many reasons why I should be writing this review, which is long overdue. The reason why I must finally put pen to paper is because they are so ***********, uncommunicative and unresponsive. They have messed up so many of my orders by not delivering, or delivering broken kit which I then had to pay again for as the returns to through a 'process'. It is so sad as the website is great, the portal is fantastic. The whole system falls down when the people get involved. Spend money at Segen at your own peril.
