Segen solar HORRIBLE!!!!

What horrible service, worst company i have ever delt with!!! Please stay far away from any products purchased from them

Customer called me to do an installation on products supp**** from segen solar, items were brand you. On installing the inverter was faulty,spent R1500 getting hold of them NOT one person answers finally got the item booked in under warranty.

After installing the battery is now faulty, i have send the battery in after spending another R1000 trying to get it in over the pass 6 days. Customer is now demanding i refund. Horrible segen solar has now told me the battery is not covered under there warranty. This is ridiculous. I have called them over 15 times each day over the past 6 days with nothing but disappoint from being transferred to 7 different people. What a joke of a company
