Segen - Solar

People be warned I would not recommend Segen-Solar when wanting to purchase a solar kit. We've paid for the kit only to be informed that they do not have a complete kit in stock. My client has been waiting for close to a month and every time they have a different excuse. After paying for the goods and sending them proof of payment, we received a call informing us to pay for the goods. To day 29th July we received a call that we should pay R5000. 00 plus for delivery. I do not think Segen-Solar has qualified staff to deal with the accounts. Secondly we were told that the goods will be dispatched a week ago, today we received another excuse... they do not have the 5kva Kodak inverter in stock and it will only arrive on the 2nd August ( I do not know which year as they did not stipulate.) Extremely Bad Service. People be careful rather keep your money in the bank or under the mattress but do not pay for something which cannot be delivered.
