Professional Service and Amazing Turnaround

The services of the following Employees was very professional, they processed the task of the return of one of our Kodak 7.2 OG without any holdups. There was a query on the nature of the problem, as the incorrect fault code was initially provided, by myself, however once this was addressed then the unit was repaired and I received a call to advise that I can expect the return in a day or two, this is less than a week from shipment to Segen-Solar in Durban.
