PATHETIC after sales service.

Their prices are pretty competitive, but i will rather pay extra than receive such absolute pathetic after sales services. Their "technicians" have absolutely no clue about their products and thats only if you can get a hold of them. You have to at least call them 20 times before someone picks up. My account managers name was Quentin and after a couple of attempts to get him to help me with a technical problem (and he assured me he would help) he just put off his phone and ignored all my requests. I am disgusted that a company can sell you a product and then have no time at all when there is a problem with the product.
