No after sale service at Segen Solar. Wrong advise and wrong components in their solar systems.

I reported about Segen Solar a while ago. The problem is that they supp**** my Company with 4 x Giter 5KwH batteries that did not work with the rest of the solar system witch was also supp**** by them. The value of the transaction is R 118 869.64. I had a Team's meeting with 4 x roll players of Segen Solar. They promised me feedback by 17 March 2023. Since then I wrote several e mails but nobody responds to my e mails. Nobody answer any of the phones at Segen Solar. I have no choice but to hand this over to my attorney and on his advice probably to the Ombudsman. This is sad and frustrating as I can not service my new clients. I am trying to place an order to use my credit of R 118 869.64 but Segen refuse to release my credit. Segen Solar can not be trusted for advice on what to use. After service do not exist in Segen Solar. I warn all want to be clients about my problem. They ignore all contact with me.
