Merry dance at Segen-Solar…

As a family we have been lead a merry dance by the people at Segen-Solar irt our Kodak inverter. My wife called, inverter was not working and got the Kodak number off the website, and was told it had to be removed from the wall and taken in. When it was taken in we were told that we had to log the fault on-line and they could come and get it. Now apparently it was sold to a Fran and he must bring it in. I just want Kodak/Segen-Solar to assess it, give me a quote and then decide whether to fix it or whether I have to fix it.
