Kodak Inverter purchased from Segen-Solar

I have a Kodak inverter and battery that was purchased from Segen Solar via a installer in Sasolburg. It was installed in April 2021 and from the beginning I had problems. First problem was the battery that kept on overcharging. After a long fight and about 4 months the firmware on the battery was updated and the problem was gone. On the 11th October the Inverter went faulty with a current sensor fault. I contacted the installer and he in turn was contacted by Lubabalo from Segen to supply him with the warranty claim form and photo's of the installation. As yet I have not received any feedback from the installer so I decided to contact Lubabalo directly via mail. My mail returned as undelivered because the mail address does not exist any more. Then I used the mail address on their website *** and got also the same message that the mail address does not exist. Next I tried phoning them and after about 2 hours got hold of someone. For the next half hour I was transferred 5 times to different people eventually ended up at a number that asked me to leave a message. There is just no way of getting hold of them to get the unit repaired. No I am sitting with a faulty unit under warranty and no one that can help me to get it fixed. Segen also trading as Blue Mountain Energy is the worse company I ever did business with. Their Kodak/Axpert rebranded inverters is bad quality and I would not recommend anybody to do business with Segen or buy Kodak inverters.
