Gaurentee dispute on Giter Batteries

Amathuba Pro are installers of Solar systems and used Segen-Solar was our preferred supplier. There were some problems between Amathuba Pro and Segen-Solar about the Gaurentee on 4 x Giter batteries. Amathuba Pro is happy to report that Segen-Solar made a gesture of goodwill to solve this problem. On 24 May Segen-Solar agreed to credit our account to the value of 90% of the full invoice value that was paid for the batteries. Amathuba Pro is very happy and satisfied with the outcome of this dispute. This shows us that Segen-Solar is willing to support its buyers if a problem exist. Amathuba Pro is happy to use Segen-Solar again as preferred supplier. We thank Segen-Solar for this positive attitude. Because of this fact Amathuba Pro would like to withdraw all previous posts on hellopeter. Amathuba Pro will report back if and when this credit is done.
