Had to book a brand new faulty solar inverter in for repairs at Segen-Solar. Neville explained the exact procedure to move forward and told me that I will need to provide forms of the installation. When I got home, the forms was in my mailbox and prompt response was received after I supp**** all this info. At this moment I am not waiting for anything as Neville keeps me updated with each step of my repair/return. Keep up the good work, it is a pleasure to be kept informed like this.
