FALSE ADVERTISING !!!!! SOLAR / INVERTER / BATTERIES
Please investigate as we bought an inverter plus 2 lithium batteries from them and when the electrician installed it, the inverter does not communicate with the batteries. They do not give any feedback or backup service - how do I go about to get my money back ?
