False Advertising - Shocking Support

Stay away from products supp**** by this company.Spend more than R150 000 on a Kodak solar system in May 2021 supp**** by Segen solar to a dealer, not only did they admit on email that the instruction manual to connect the system was the old version on the internet but also the software for the batteries was never updated before they supp**** it to the dealer. The dealer doesn't have experience installing the system and Segen says it's inconvenient to deal with me an " end user " After phoning days on end to try and get someone to help the dealer will now send a different installer to update the system, still waiting... Pragash from Segen promised twice to phone me back , he never did. Technical eventually sent me a cable to update the software but the cable was incomplete, not crimped with the RJ45 plug.. and then told me I must get an installer at my own cost to update the battery. Segen advertises Kodak as this modern , user friendly solar system, but in my experience it has been a total waste of money and endless frustration. I will now have to get legal advise to recover my money since I am an inconvenience for Segen Solar.
