Excellent customer support from Segen Solar

I have been dealing with Segen Solar for 4 years as supplier of solar system equipment. Good quality products and cost effective. For the first time I had to return an inverter that failed after 2 years. They diagnosed the problem, repaired it and lab technician Athenkosi Wilskit called me this morning to say its ready for collection in less than 2 weeks. I also received a proper test report and a video of the display showing that the fault is gone And it was all done under warranty with no cost to me as customer.
