The company can still improve on system areas, but they have some of the exceptional stuff. In particular Itumeleng Mako, she's is my technical advice, if all employees are like her then Segen definitely has exceptional stuff. She is always available whenever there's an issue prompt resolution to queries and I haven't heard her complain at all with a flood of queries and advice I seek. I told Louis that they really have a Gem in that woman. I hope she is like that with every client. A million thanks for all that you do for us, may you grow further in your career.
