Beware of Segen-Solar.....

This is my third report about the batteries in the hands of Segen-Solar and me out of pocket of R 120 000,00. Although I was promised an answer on 3rd of April, I still did not receive an outcome in this regard. Segen-Solar is still absent with any contact and any answers. I handed the case over to the Ombudsman but did not receive any answers. I am sure this will take some time to hear from the ombudsman. My next step is to open a ******** case against Segen-Solar for *****. As it is now, the documents are in my attorney's hands to draw up for me. I am still warning any buyers to think twice to believe anything the technical advisers of Segen-Solar advice you. It is because of the advice from the technical team that the Gitter batteries did not work with the rest of the Solar system bought from them. Segen-Solar is absent in their after-sale service. This case is hanging from Oct-Nov 22. If I had to wait for them, the system sold to my customer would still not be working. Something that any installer in smaller towns can-not afford. So, now we will try the next step. I am sure that Segen-Solar will stretch this into a long court battle. I am sure that can afford the expensive attorneys. Something not all buyers have the option to follow. However, I need to tell Segen-Solar. This case will not die. I will not go away, even if it takes years. I will never buy anything from Segen-Solar again. I will fight this in court. Up to now, I did not even touch on the power of the open platforms available. Please do not buy from Segen-Solar, it is not worth it. Johan Visser.
