Be careful for Segen-Solar

A very important update on my negotiations with Segen-Solar and the according to them R 103 148,72 that they owe me. They admitted to the above amount. The offered me the following: If I remove all comments from Hellopeter they will : "• Segen to then consider a 50% credit (R51 574,36 excl VAT) of the battery once the above to conditions have been comp**** with. " They will consider paying me 50% of money owed to me. The fact is that they want to take 50% for handling fees. In my books it is not the standard in the market. I offered them 10% handling fees but since 18 April I did not hear from them again. They are still absent from the negotiating table and the still have my money in there bank. Segen-Solar changed there Guarantee regulations on there web page since this problem landed on there table. Very clever !!!! A little bit late for this!!!!
