bad service

i buy a battery from them 2019/12/012 there is a fault on it send back on 2020/01/02 for repairs.I still waiting from them to repair it ,we did not get any feedback from them .i phone a lot and i still wait for the battery to be repair .they are quit to sell ,but no after service
