Awesome service from David Moleele

I booked in a faulty Kodak inverter at the technical department only to find out that have changed their booking procedures and immediately got irritated because this ment more admin and longer waiting periods...... but this was not the case, David Moleele explained to me the new book in procedure helped me throughout the whole procedure and quickly gathered all the information we required and needless to say after a few days not only do I have my inverter back but he also solved the issue we had internally for the shipping address....... not only great service guys but genuin people....... thank you for all your help you guys really deserve this compliment.
