Appalling service from segen solar.
I bought a pylontech us2000c battery earlier this year, it went into permanent protected mode, probably due to overcharging, several months ago. I approached the manufacturers in China and they said the local agents were segen-solar. They referred my mail to them and said they would contact me with steps to take to have it fixed. That was at least 3 months ago, I have contacted the manufacturers again and they have requested assistance from segen-solar several times with no effect whatsoever. This is a very poor compay and should be avoided at all costs.

20 Dec 2023, 07:02- Well the company has had the battery now for three calendar weeks and I have had no communication from them. I sent an email requesting feedback last week but looks like I'm being ignored again. I know it's a quiet time of year but not a company I am likely to recommend at this rate, pity for them as I am likely to make further solar purchases in the future.

And, in addition to them basically wasting my time, I now have to collect the battery at my own inconvenience. Needless to say I do not recommend to anyone that they use this company, I certainly won't be.
