Worst service- Seeff rental agents Johannesburg Central

Most unprofessional rental agents I’ve ever met! I’ve rented apartments with Seeff in Cape Town and they are 100x more qualified. The apartment I moved into was not cleaned for months, absolutely disgusting, despite arranging and paying 1.5 months prior. The videos I received were misleading. All reported faults were not attended to, a broken geyser was only replaced 2months later, once I decided to move out. I was not reimbursed for a fix which the owner agreed to pay. The agents fail to communicate timeously and don’t follow up on requests. I also had to pay a cancellation fee and pro rata commission after moving out, but no mention of my reimbur*****t. I will never use Seeff rental agents in Johannesburg again.
