Worst agency ever

House was advertised at R10500 with 3 garages. When it came to signing the lease they changed the price to R11500 and I was only to use 2 garages. Not as advertised. Had no choice but to go ahead as my company didn't want to give me more time to look for an property.Made an deposit of R25850.00 on 31/02/2022. Only moved in 04/02/2022 as Seeff wanted to fix snags in the house. When we arrived NONE of any snags where fixed. Also found that 2 foreign guys are living in the garage to which they moved them out 4 days later. My lease clearly states that only people on property is 5 and my 2 dogs. The day after foreign guys moved they moved another guy into the granny flat in an few days later an 2nd guy also in to the granny flat. They park in front of my garage every night and weekends so I can't access it. Sent emails and whatsups and many phonecalls about snags. Only some issues where sorted and still can't use my second bathroom or stove. I rented this property for my dogs and now they have to stay on the patio the whole day every day. They are not responding back to my emails at all and we have been living here now for almost 4 weeks.we are very unhappy because the deck that we were suppose to enjoy after an hard days work is always full of **** en **** because Seeff Queensburgh did me in. Oven faulty. Lights faulty. Wiring is an mess. Bathroom bath drains blocked and shower leaking onto floor and hallway. House not fumigation and roof leaking water into bathroom also. Swimming pool leaking. Truck load of ******* in front of my door which they haven't removed. Overall I will never do business with Seeff again or believe what they tell you. WORST AGENCY EVER ps was advertised with prepaid but prepaid only installed 21/02/2022. I'm hardbroken that my family and pets have to live like this after I spend an fortune for an freestanding property which now has to be shared and wasn't advertised like that. They took advantage of me and my family.
